Any visible damages to a product must be reported within 48 hours of signing the waybill with a photo of the damage. If you cannot accept the delivery personally, please ensure that the individual who accepts the package on your behalf checks for any potential damage.
Products from our Outlet section as well as customised pieces cannot be returned.
Please note that we are unable to replace or refund a product if it has been removed from the original shipment package and transported to a destination outside of the original shipping address.
For a return to be accepted, the product(s) must be unused, undamaged, unaltered, without scratches, and in their original packaging, including government vet certificates where applicable.
In the case of a return, please ensure the product is safely wrapped and protected before shipping back to us. Any damage to the product upon returning is the sender’s responsibility.
Your returned product(s) can either be exchanged for a new item or you can receive a refund for them (excluding any initial delivery fees).
Within South Africa: All returns and exchanges are free of charge, which means that both the return shipping and the shipping of any replacement item(s) are covered and provided by Leo & Stripes.
Outside South Africa: Customers are responsible for organising and paying for any return shipping costs. Please note that Leo & Stripes is not financially liable for packages lost or stolen in transit back to us nor will we be responsible for any potential custom duties and sales taxes incurred.
